Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

After the order payment is successful, it will be delivered to the logistics carrier within 24-48 hours.
European countries, the United States, Mexico, Australia, Brazil, Israel, South Korea and other countries will arrive in 12-20 working days, and other countries will take 30 days. If it is affected by bad weather or force majeure, the delivery time will be extended by 7-15 working days.
